Fishing

We don’t salary guides. We contract local independent guides we have relationships with, all great, very friendly guys at the top of their game. Guides meet us each morning at breakfast; their agendas depend on both fishing conditions and angler preferences. They pick up and drop off our anglers at our dock so there’s no driving in vehicles necessary.

Our anglers rotate guides daily, getting time and leadership from each guide on our team, learning different nuances and approaches to catching fish.

We host both fly-casters as well as conventional spin fishermen.
Previous experience is not required. We like to focus on tarpon, but also target permit and many species of sport-fish.

Most tarpon in our area weigh between 40-140 lbs, with our average size about 80 lbs.

For tarpon, we are usually sight-fishing in shallow water less than three feet in depth. For permit and bonefish- less than 18”.

We occasionally facilitate offshore fishing as well.
